Axel Belinfante (University of Twente, belinfan@cs.utwente.nl) writes to suggest that might exploit this facility to link to other sources of information. Luigi Logrippo (University of Ottawa, luigi@csi.uottawa.ca) has already started a collection of documents available by ftp: lotos.csi.uottawa.ca. Pepe Mañas (Technical University of Madrid, jmanas@dit.upm.es) has also set up an email exploder for news: lotos@dit.upm.es. So there are already some sources of information that could be used with WWW. If you are interested to support Axel's proposal, please get in touch with him.
