newsletters are located in directory `lotos/papers/lnews' (relative to `/')
with subdirectories `00', `01', etc. for issues. Within each subdirectory
the files are `lnews.asc.Z' (compressed ASCII form), `lnews.sty.Z'
(compressed 
style file), `lnews.tex.Z' (compressed form) and
`readme'.
